Alycia Kaback, is the Founder of VIP Talent Connect, The “It” Factor, Kaback Model Management, Colby Models and now The NYC Women’s Empowerment Summit, but who is she? Where did she come from and why is she in Philadelphia? Born and raised in Boca Raton, FL, her father a prominent lawyer and her mother a paralegal, Alycia spent her younger years pursuing a career in the entertainment industry, she did have The “It” Factor. Being raised with the law at her fingertips, how did this Boca Raton girl become one of the biggest success stories in the entertainment industry.

The moment when Alycia realized that her risks would be rewarded was at her very first event. Over 150 talent that were hand selected from over 3000 applications came to what would be quoted as a life changing event in both their careers and in their personal lives. Individuals from that first event who would have still had careers ranging from dish washers to waitresses have now walked the runways in NYC and Europe and have appeared in major motion pictures and in international publications. Their lives changed in so many ways not just financially. By living their dreams they now experienced improved relationships with family and friends and began to give back to society. “I’ll never forget that feeling; there were dozens of people thanking me for finally giving them the opportunity to succeed. And I realized, I’m not working! I had done the work, and now I’m helping people live their dream and meet the right people to help them. I thought, ‘I want to do more of this!’ I was euphoric, and I said, Well, I don’t want to work so hard for hours-for-dollars anymore. I want to do more of this– helping people to succeed.”
